A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2010 -008 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MODIFYING A CERTAIN CLASSIFICATION
DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 19, 2012 that the need exists to modify a certain classification within the designation
of Administrative Management, effective June 22, 2012; and
WHEREAS, such modification requires an amendment to Section 1 of Resolution
No. 2010 -008, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classification designated as Administrative Management is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -008, as amended, be amended by
changing the salary range of the following classification:

SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -008, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -008, as amended,
is June 22, 2012.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of June , 2012, by the following roll call vote:
