A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2010 -009 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADDING,
DELETING AND /OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 19, 2012, that the need exists to add, delete and /or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Middle Management, effective June 22, 2012; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletion and modification require an amendment to
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -009, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that adding,
deleting and /or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Middle
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -009, as amended, be amended by
adding or creating the following classifications and allocating them to the salary ranges as
follows:
Classification Salary Ranges
Assistant City Attorney XCR20
Benefits Administrator XCR17
Community Investment Manager XCR16
Principal Human Resources Analyst XCR17
Operations Manager XCR15
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -009, as amended, be amended by
changing the salary range of the following classification:

3. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -009, as amended, is hereby
amended by deleting the following classification:
Classification Salary Ranges
Facility Services /Parking Manager XCR13
Redevelopment Manager XCR16
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -009, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -009, as amended,
is June 22, 2012.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of June , 2012, by the following role call vote:
