A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -011 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF DELETING CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 19, 2012, that the need exists to delete certain classifications from the designation
of Professional Management, effective June 22, 2012; and
WHEREAS, such deletions require an amendment to Section 1 of Resolution No.
2010 -011, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that deleting such
classifications designated as Professional Management is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
3. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, is hereby
amended by deleting the following classifications:
Classification Salary Ranges
Assistant City Attorney XCR20
Benefits Administrator XCR17
Principal Human Resources Analyst XCR17
Stores & Wardrobe Manager XCRO6
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended,
is June 22, 2012.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of June , 2012, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Sidhu, Gallaway, Eastman and Murray
