A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2010 -010 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MODIFYING CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 19, 2012, that the need exists to modify certain classifications designated as
Supervisory Management, effective June 22, 2012; and
WHEREAS, such modifications require an amendment to Section 1 of Resolution
No. 2010 -010, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classifications designated as Supervisory Management is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -010, as amended, be amended by
creating the following classifications and allocating them to the salary ranges as follows:
Classification Salary Ranges
Stores & Wardrobe Supervisor XCRO6
Facility Maintenance Manager XCR10
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -010, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -010, as amended,
is June 22, 2012.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
