COMMUNITY CENTER AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 11
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A FACILITY LEASE WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore entered
into a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, as amended, pur-
suant to provisions of Article 1, Chapter 5, Division 7,
Title 1 of the Government Code of the State of California,
dated March 1, 1965, between the City of Anaheim and the
Anaheim Union High School District creating this Community
Center Authority to construct, maintain, operate and lease
buildings, auditoriums or other exhibition buildings for
educational and public purposes, including buildings for
holding sporting events, athletic contests, exhibitions,
for community recreation, and for public meetings; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said Joint Exercise
of Powers Agreement, the City has agreed to lease certain
real property from this Community Center Authority for the
purposes set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, a form of said lease (herein called the
"Facility Lease ") dated as of May 1, 1965, has been presented
to this Authority by the attorney for this Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing
board of Community Center Authority as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct
and this governing board so finds and determines.
2. The Facility Lease, in substantially the form pre-
sented to this governing board by the attorney for this Authority
be and it is hereby approved and is hereby authorized to be

executed by and on behalf of this Authority, and the
President be and he is hereby authorized to execute said
Facility Lease, and the Secretary of this Authority be and
he is hereby authorized to seal and attest the same and
consent to recordation thereof, and to cause said Facility
Lease to be duly recorded in the manner provided by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 1965,
by the following vote:
AYES: Members Currier, Henderson, Mitchell, Shroeder and
NOES: Ashleigh

I, WILLIAM CURRIER, Secretary of Community Center
Authority, hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted at an
adjourned regular meeting of the governing board of said
Community Center Authority duly and regularly held at the
regular meeting place thereof on the 24th day of June, 1965,
of which meeting all of the members of said governing board
had due notice and at which a majority thereof was present.
