RESOLUTION NO. 2001R- 217
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CERTAIN STREETS OR PORTIONS OF
STREETS INTO THE CITY STREET SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the certain deeds for public street purposes,
described in Exhibit A attached hereto (hereinafter DEEDS), have
been previously recorded in the Office of the County Recorder;
and,
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Public Works
has determined that the necessary improvements to the properties
described in DEEDS have been completed to permit the properties
to be included in the street system of the City of Anaheim; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said properties into the city street system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the properties set forth in DEEDS are
hereby accepted into the City street system in accordance with
Section 1806 of the Streets and Highways Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st ~ of August , 2001.
