substation, which real property is located at the southerly terminus of
Dream Street, south of Monte Vista Road, which property was acquired
with funds of Community Facilities District No. 1989-1 (Sycamore
Canyon), be used for public recreation purposes (i.e., thereby adding
said real property for public recreation purposes to the list of authorized
District facilities).

and the number of "No" votes received was 82.
SECTION 8: That the number of "Yes" votes for Measure No. 01-2 constitutes
79% of the ballots cast.

election, a more than 2/3 majority of the voters voting on Measure No. 01-2
relating to the proposed use of certain property on Dream Street for public
recreation purposes, did vote in favor of it and that the measure was carried.
SECTION 10: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
