80R-298 RESOLUTION NO. 80R-298
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1828 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 78R -381
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1828 on June 13, 1978, by Resolution No. 78R -381; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1828 be, and the same is hereby, ter-
minated and that Resolution No. 78R -381 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of July, 1980.
