A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 847 S. EAST STREET
AND 1014 E. SOUTH STREET
(CITY DEED NO. 10437)
WHEREAS, a certain deed (a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit A) to real property located generally at 847 S.
East Street and 1014 E. South Street has been presented to the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to accept said deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the deed attached as Exhibit A be, and
is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be deposited into an escrow pertaining to the
purchase or acquisition of the property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of Septemb~r2001.
