A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE UTILITIES UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
October 2, 2001, that a new job classification be established in the Utilities Unit represented by
the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, effective October 12, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of this
new classification and assignment to the Utilities Unit represented by the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that,
effective October 12, 2001, through December 6, 2001, the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be
employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in
the Salary Schedule Master:

Part-Time Public Utilities Customer Services Representative III 1904 J-E
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that,
effective December 7. 2001, through January 15, 2004, the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be
employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in
the Salary Schedule Master:

Part-Time Public Utilities Customer Services Representative III 1941 J-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is October 12, 2001.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 2nct day of October 2001
