A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1348 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. PC72-254
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1348. on October 26, 197211 by Resolution No. PC72-254;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1348 be, and the same is hereby, ter-
minated and that Resolution No. PC72-254 by declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of March , 1976.
