A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -010 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF MODIFYING THOSE
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 29, 2013, that the need exists to modify those classifications designated as
Supervisory Management, effective January 29, 2013; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of Resolution
No. 2010 -010 and amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classifications designated as Supervisory Management is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -010 be amended by creating the
following classifications and allocating them to the salary ranges as follows:
Classification Salary Ranges
Permit Counter Supervisor XCRO5
Fire Prevention Supervisor XCR12
Treasury Administrator XCR10
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -010, as amended, is hereby
amended by deleting the following classification:
Classification Salary Ranges
Collections Supervisor XCRO8
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -010, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -010 is January 29,
2013.

SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of the resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of January , 2013, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Eastman, Brandman, Kring and Murray
