A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION, GENERAL EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 29, 2013, that the need exists to delete certain classifications established in the
Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Employees, effective January 29, 2013;
and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend classifications
assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Employees and
amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classifications designated as Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Employees is
in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, the following classifications as amended, is hereby amended by deleting
the following classifications:
Classification Salary Grade
Permit Counter Supervisor A1320
Fleet Supervisor — Automotive A3970
Fleet Supervisor — Equipment A3970
Fleet Supervisor — VF A3970
Fleet Supervisor — Welder /Hydraulic A3970
That, Appendix A of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Anaheim
Municipal Employees, General Unit be amended by creating the following classification and
allocating it to the salary grade as follows:

Fleet Supervisor A3970
That, except as amended herein, Appendix A, as amended, shall remain in full
force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is
January 29, 2013.
