RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 050
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND /OR
FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets, public utility easements and other public
purposes and public improvements were irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim as a
condition of map approval for Tract Map No. 16831, as set forth more particularly in the tract
maps for said tracts available for review in the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the foregoing irrevocable offers of dedication were made in the
Ownership Certificates of the subject tract maps, and the City did not accept the offers at the
time of final map approval; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of said irrevocable offers
of dedication have been fully met or otherwise have occurred, and all public facilities included
therein have been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offers of dedication and the facilities described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the properties or interests therein
irrevocably offered and dedicated for streets, public utility easements and other public purposes
and public improvements as listed in Tract Map No. 16831, including any such facilities
described therein, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, be, and they are hereby, accepted by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she hereby is,
authorized and directed to cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of March , 2013, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Eastman, Brandman, Murray and Kring

Those certain irrevocable offers of dedication of real property interests for streets, public utility
easements and other public purposes and public improvements as follows:
Tract Map No. 16831, Instrument No. 2006000338089, Book 881, Pages 9 -12 of Miscellaneous
Maps, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom, that certain irrevocable offer of dedication of Lot 4, as shown on said map
for public park purposes, which offer has been previously accepted by the City of Anaheim by
separate instrument.
