A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated April 16, 2013, that a new job classification be established and assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, effective April 16, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of
such classification and assignment to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General
Unit, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, effective April 19, 2013 through January 4, 2014, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be
employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:
Classification Schedule Step Annual Salary
Civilian Investigator 4138 5 — 9 $70,803.20 - $86,070.40
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, General Unit, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, as amended, is April 16, 2013.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
