A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -023 NUNC PRO
TUNC FOR THE PURPOSE OF DELETING
CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED
AS PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated April 16, 2013, that the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2013 -023 to delete certain
classifications designation as Professional Management; and
WHEREAS, such deletions require an amendment to Section 1 of Resolution No.
2010 -011, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that deleting such
classifications designated as Professional Management is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, is hereby
amended by deleting the following classifications:
Classification Salary Ranges
Civilian Investigator XCR10
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended,
is April 16, 2013.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of April, 2013 by the following roll call vote:
