A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN INTERESTS IN REAL
PROPERTIES.
WHEREAS, certain deeds have been presented to the City of Anaheim (hereinafter
"'CITY" or "City of Anaheim ") for acceptance; and,
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
describes these deeds by listing (a) grantor's name; (b) property interest conveyed; and (c) the
location of the property interest (hereinafter "DEEDS "); and,
WHEREAS, certain grantors have offered to convey to the CITY certain real
property interests in their real property in furtherance of their utility service and Underground Utility
Districts 57 and 59; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and determine
it is in the best interests of the CITY to accept the DEEDS for the purposes described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
I . The DEEDS are hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim;
provided, nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the
CITY street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause the foregoing DEEDS to
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim this 3 0th Day of April , 2013, by the following roll call vote:
