A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA2001-00040)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
That certain easement for public street purposes
extending generally along the west side of Anaheim
Blvd. a distance of approximately 100 feet, located
approximately 575 feet north of the centerline of
Katella Avenue; and,
That certain easement for public utility purposes,
six feet in width, extending westerly from Anaheim
Blvd., approximately 675 feet north of the center-
line of Katella Avenue,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
6:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim,
California, 92805, on:
