Improvement Corporation was posted at 4:05 p. m. on February 2, 1990 at the
Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
President Hunter called the annual meeting of the Anaheim Public Improvement
Corporation to order at 6:08 p.m.
MINUTES: Board Member Hunter moved to approve the minutes of the special
meeting held November 7, 1989. Board Member Daly seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
186.123: ASSIGNMENT OF DATA RESEARCH ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT FOR ANAHEIM PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION TO THE CITY: Board Member Kaywood moved to approve
the assignment of the Data Research Associates agreement from APIC to the
City, as recommended in memorandum dated January 18, 1990 from the Library
Director. Board Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
