A complete copy of the agenda for the special meeting of the Anaheim Public
Improvement Corporation was posted at 4:30 p.m. on December 11, 1987 at the
Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Pickier called the special meeting of the Anaheim Public Improvement
Corporation to order at 2:39 p.m.
MINUTES: Board Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the special
meeting held July 28, 1987. Board Member Pickier seconded the motion. One
Vacancy. MOTION CARRIED.
MOTION: Board Member Pickier moved to trail the items on the agenda and
recessed the Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation meeting to immediately
following the City Manager /Departmental items on the City Council meeting
agenda. Board Member Kaywood seconded the motion. One Vacancy. MOTION
CARRIED. (2:41 p.m.)
Chairman Pickier reconvened the Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation special
meeting. (4:40 p.m.)
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Board Member Pickier, seconded by Board
Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Board Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 101.123: Authorizing a Sales and Installation Contract (including the
general conditions of the contract) among the City of Anaheim, Sony
Corporation of America and the Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation, for a
color video and scoreboard system for Anaheim Stadium.
2. 101.123: Approving the sale of color video and scoreboard signs by
Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation to the City of Anaheim.
3. 101.123: Authorizing an Advertising and Revenue Agreement with Spencer
Sports Media Inc., the City of Anaheim, Sony Corporation of America and the
Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation, relating to the color video and
scoreboard system for Anaheim Stadium.
