OF JUNE 10, 2013
The special meeting of the June 10, 2013 City Council was called to order at 1:00 P.M. in the
chambers of city hall located at 200 Anaheim Boulevard. The meeting notice and agenda were
duly posted on June 6, 2013.
PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem Eastman and Council Member Jordan Brandman, Lucille Kring and
Kris Murray. Mayor Tait joined the meeting at 1:04 P.M.

PUBLIC COMMENTS ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS:
William Fitzgerald, Anaheim Home, addressed his comments to Item No. 2, the appointment of
a city attorney and the firing of the previous attorney, making certain allegations and offering his
views on the impact of those actions.
At 1:04 P.M., Council recessed to closed session on the 7 th floor of City Hall to consider the
following closed session items.
