97-238WHEREAS, the County of Orange proposes to enter into a
Donated Space Agreement (rent -free) with the Department of Public
Health for the purpose of operating a Public Health Clinic for
individuals age 55 years and older at the Rancho La Paz Mobile
Home Park at 501 E. Orangethorpe Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25351 requires the
County to notify the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, in
writing, at least sixty days prior to entering into such Donated
Space Agreement, unless such notice is waived by resolution of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the County has requested that the City Council
waive such sixty -day notice requirement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the sixty -day notice required by
Government Code Section 25351 is hereby waived with respect to
the aforementioned Donated Space Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of December,
1997.
