A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CERTAIN OFFERS OF DEDICATION AND
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE MAPS OF CERTAIN TRACTS AND
PARCEL MAPS
WHEREAS, the following maps were duly recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange in the
following Books and Pages-
1.) Tract No. 13987 - Instrument No. 95-0080975 in
Book 720, Page 31 of Miscellaneous Maps,
2.) Tract No. 15074 - Instrument No. 95-0580642 in
Book 731, Pages 22-25 of Miscellaneous Maps,
3.) Tract No. 15120 - Instrument No. 19970077600 in

County of Orange, State of California (said maps
are hereinafter referred to as MAPS); and,
WHEREAS, certain offers of dedication to the City of
Anaheim of land and improvements for public streets, public
utility easements and other purposes are set forth in the
Ownership Certificates or Ownership Statements of MAPS; andf
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has determined
that all of the public improvements set forth in the Ownership
Certificates or Ownership Statements of MAPS have been completed
to the satisfaction of the City and has recommended that the City
of Anaheim accept said land and improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that land and improvements described in the
Ownership Certificates or Ownership Statements of MAPS, not
previously accepted, be, and they are hereby accepted by the City
of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th of Januar~
2002.
