A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CERTAIN OFFERS OF DEDICATION AND
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE MAPS OF TRACTS NOS. 12989,
13494, 13495, 14641, 12988, AND
PARCEL MAPS NOS. 93-187, 87-210,
AND 94-190
WHEREAS, the maps of Tracts Nos. 12989, 13494, 13495,
14641, 12988, and parcel maps nos. 93-187, 87-210,and 94-190
(hereinafter MAPS) were duly recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange at the following Books and
Pages ·
1.) Tract No. 12989 - Instrument No. 89-188508 in
Book 630, Page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps
2.) Tract No. 13494 - Instrument No. 90-171035 in

Anaheim of land and improvements for
utility easements and other purposes
Ownership Certificates or Ownership
dedication to the City
public streets, public
are set forth in the
Statements of MAPS; and,

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has determined
that all of the public improvements set forth in the Ownership
Certificates or Ownership Statements of MAPS have been completed
to the satisfaction of the City and has recommended that the City
of Anaheim accept said land and improvements; EXCEPTING therefrom
the following interests-
1. That certain easement for slope purposes for
Weir Canyon Road, Serrano Avenue, and Santa
Ana Canyon Road as shown on Parcel Map 87-210
2. That certain easement for Loara Street as
shown on Parcel Map 93-187
3. That certain grading and slope easement shown
on Map of Tract 12988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that land and improvements described in the
Ownership Certificates or Ownership Statements of MAPS, not
including t'he exceptions noted above, be, and they are hereby
accepted by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th da~Nof January
