A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 00R-126 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
January 15, 2002, that Resolution No. 00R-126 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective January 18, 2002, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 00R-126 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 00R-126 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows'
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-126 be amended by adding the following job
classification:
Classification
Salary Range
Supervising Librarian
XU CR09
2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be January 18,
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
00R-126 shall remain in full force and effect.
