A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 00R-122 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
January 15, 2002, that Resolution No. 00R-122 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective January 15, 2002, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 00R-122 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Executive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 00R-122 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-i 22 be amended by adding the following job
classification'
Classification
Salary Range
Executive Director, Planning and Community Development
X ER30
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be January
15, 2002.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
00R-122 shall remain in full force and effect.
