OF JUNE 26, 2013
The special meeting of June 26, 2013 was called to order at 12:01 P.M. in the chambers of city
hall located at 200 Anaheim Boulevard. The meeting notice, agenda and related materials were
duly posted on June 24, 2013.
PRESENT: Mayor Tait and Council Members: Jordan Brandman, Gail Eastman, Lucille Kring
and Kris Murray.
STAFF PRESENT: Interim City Attorney Michael Houston and City Clerk Linda Andal

PUBLIC COMMENTS ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS:
William Fitzgerald, Anaheim Home, voiced his objection to this special meeting, alleging it was
intended for discussion of issues, other than the closed session agendized items.

No other public comments were offered, and at 12:05 P.M., Mayor Tait recessed to closed
session on the 7 th floor of City Hall to consider the following items:
