Chairman Roth called the special meeting of the Industiral Development
Authority to order at 10:09 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Bay moved to approve the minutes of the special
meeting held on January 22, 1985. Authority Member Kaywood seconded the
motion. Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY - There were no

Authority Member Roth offered Resolution No. IDA85-3 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.

AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INDENTURE OF
TRUST AND A LOAN AGREEMENT, ASSIGNING PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND LIMIT, AWARDING
THE SALE OF BONDS, AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS RELATING THERETO. (RUSS
BERRIE PROJECT) (Authorizing execution of an Indenture of Trust and a Loan
Agreement, assigning private activity bond limit, awarding the sale of bonds
in an amount not to exceed ~2,200,000 and authorizing certain actions relating
thereto, for the Russ Berrie Project)
