Chariman Roth called the special meeting of the Industrial Development
Authority of Anaheim to order at 10:03 a.m.
MINUTES: Councilman Roth moved to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting
of the Industrial Development Authority held July 31, 1984. Authority Member
Overholt seconded the motion. Authority Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION
CARKIED.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution
No. IDAA84-3 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 183: RESOLUTION NO. IDAA84-3: A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF SANDERS ASSOCIATES, INC.
