Chairman Roth called the special meeting of the Industrial Development
Authority of Anaheim to order at 9:58 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Bay moved to approve the minutes of the meeting
held December 13, 1983. Authority Member Roth seconded the motion. Authority
Member Pickler abstained since he was not present at that meeting. MOTION
CARRIED.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: Authority Member Roth offered Resolution No. IDAA84-1
for adoption, in accordance with the recommendation furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Refer to Resolution Book.
183: RESOLUTION NO. IDAA84R-l: A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM, MAKING DETERMINATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE FINANCING OF
EQUIPMENT FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF DIGITAL PLOTTERS AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
ACTS IN PREPARATION THEREFOR.
