Chairman Roth called the special meeting of the Industrial Development
Authority of Anaheim to order at 9:54 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Overholt moved to approve the minutes of the
special meeting held September 27, 1983. Authority Member Kaywood seconded
the motion. Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: Authority Member Roth offered Resolution No. IDAA83-2
for adoption, in accordance with the recommendation furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 183.137: RESOLUTION NO. IDAA83-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED
$5,000,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA 1983 INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS, SUCH BONDS TO BE ISSUED PURSUANT TO
A TRUST INDENTURE DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 1983, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SUCH
BONDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AND APPROVING IMPLEMENTING AGREEMENTS,
DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS.
