Authority Member Roth called the first regular meeting of the
Industrial Development Authority to order at 1:20 p.m.
182: ELECTION OF OFFICERS: John Seymour was nominated.Chair-
man, and Don R. Roth was nominated Vice-Chairman, of the
Industrial Development Authority.
Mr. Roth moved that nominations be closed. Mr. Overholt
seconded the motion. Authority Members Bay and Seymour were
absent° MOTION CARRIED.
On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, John
Seymour and Don R. Roth were elected Chairman and Vice-Chairman,
respectively, of the Industrial Development Authority.

for the Authority with minor changes, as outlined by the City
