A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE
CORPORATION CONCERNING REGULAR
MEETING TIMES.
WHEREAS, the time of the regular annual meetings of the
Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation has heretofore been
established by the by-laws of said corporation; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the date of said
regular annual meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the first paragraph
of Section 6 of Article III of the by-laws of the Anaheim Public
Improvement Corporation be amended to read as follows:
"Section 6. Annual Meetings. The annual meeting of
the Board of Directors shall be held on the second Tuesday
in February of each year at the hour of 5:00 p.m., or at
such time as the Board of Directors may from time to time
determine, for the purpose of electing Directors and for the
transaction of such other business as may properly come
before the meeting."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the meeting time
established by this resolution shall become effective
immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation this llth day of
December, 1990 .
