A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 2013 -111
NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING TO THE ACCEPTANCE
OF DEEDS CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CERTAIN INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on July 23 2013, adopt
Resolution No. 2013 -111; and
WHF'REAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, there were several incorrect
city deed references within Exhibit A of said resolution; and
W ( T:REAS, by the adoption of this Resolution, the Anaheim City Council desires
to correct said city deed references, nunc pro tune.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2013 -111 be, and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tune, by
amending certain vity deed references within Exhibit A of Resolution No. 2013 -111 in the
manner set forth in Exhibit A -1.
BE fT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended herein, the
provisions of Resolution No. 2013 -111 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 24t hday of September , 2013, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Murray, Brandman and Kring
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Eastman
