RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
ANAHEIM PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Anaheim Public Improvement
Corporation, Orange County, California, as follows-
NHEREAS, Government Code Section 87300 requires every agency to adopt
and promulgate a Conflict of Interest Code;
NHEREAS, Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation is an "agency" within
the meaning of such Government Code Section 87300;
NHEREAS, a proposed Conflict of Interest Code for Anaheim Public
Improvement Corporation has been presented to this Board for its consideration
and adoption and a copy of such Code is on file in the office of the Secretary
of this Corporation and is incorporated herein by reference; and
NHEREAS, Government Code Section 8731i requires that the review and
preparation of Conflict of Interest Codes by local government agencies shall
be carried out under procedures which guarantee to officers, employees,
members, and consultants of the local government agency and to residents of
the jurisdiction adequate notice and a Fair opportunity to present their views;
NON, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED:
l. That on , the 19th. day of February , 1985, at the
hour of 9:55 o'clock am., in the regular meeting place of this Board, 200
so. Anaheim Boulevard , Anaheim, California, are hereby appointed and
fixed as the time and p|ace when and where this 8oard wi]] consider and
determine whether the proposed Conflict of Interest Code sha]] be adopted.
2. That the Secretary of this Corporation is directed to give notice of
the hearing by publication of this resolution in full once, at least ten days
prior to the hearing, tn the Anaheim Bullet±n, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City in which this Corporation is located.
3. That the Secretary of this Corporation is directed to distribute one
copy of this resolution, together with one copy of the proposed Conflict of
Interest Code, to each Director and to each person holding a position with the
Corporation who will be required by the proposed Conflict of Interest Code to
file a statement of economic interest.
4. That the Secretary of this Corporation is directed to file copies of
the proposed Conflict of Interest Code in the Corporation office and to make
these copies available for distribution to persons requesting such a copy.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Directors of the
· Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation, Orange County, California, by
unanimous written consent on the 'Sth day of February , 1985.
