RESOLUTION NO. 85-3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
AND FILING OF EXEMPTION APPLICATION TO
STATE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of Anaheim Public Improvement
Corporation, Orange County, California, that that certain Exemption
Application to the State Franchise Tax Board, a copy of which has this day
been presented to this Board and is on file in the office of the Secretary of
this Corporation, is hereby approved and the Secretary is hereby authorized to
execute said Application and directed to cause the filing of said App)ication
with the State Franchise Tax Board.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of Anaheim
Public Improvement Corporation, Orange County, California, at a meeting
thereof duly held on the 5th day of February , 1985, by the
