5. Board Member Kelso made a motion to approve the minutes for the
September 12, 2013, meeting; Board Member Aitken seconded the motion which passed with eleven ayes and
no abstentions.

8. : Joe Perez reported that 2nd Annual OC Fest of Ales & Beer Run 5k was
taking place on Saturday, September 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. along the Downtown Anaheim Center
Street Promenade.
