A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS,
LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated November 19, 2013, that a new job classification be established in the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, effective November 22, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of
this new classification and assignment to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers,
Local 47, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that effective November 22, 2013, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following Salary Grade in the Salary
Grade Master:
Classification Salary Grade Step Salary Relationship
HVAC /Electrician Lead Worker 4019 "9" 120% of Facility and Event
Electrician
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is
November 22, 2013.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim this 19th day of November , 2013, by the following roll call vote:
