Those Present: Mayor Fred Hunter, Mayor Pro Tem Tom Daly, Councilman
William Ehrle, Councilman Irv Pickler, Councilman Bob Simpson, and City Manager
Jim Ruth.
The meeting convened at 8'30 a.m.
The City Manager presented an update on various projects and major issues impacting
the City of Anaheim.

The City Council requested that staff conduct workshops in the near future on
street maintenance and equestrian trails.

The City Manager reviewed the status of the current Fiscal 91/92 budget, and
discussed the proposed 92/93 revenue and expense projections. The City
Council directed the City Manager to have the various City departments
identify key programs and services which have been reduced or eliminated and
prioritize those programs and services for future implementation should
resources become available sometime in the future.

City Council and the City Manager discussed implications of fiscal constraints
on current and future labor relations issues.
The meeting adjourned at 1 p.m.
