RES-1989-112 RESOLUTION NO. 89R -112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT
OF THE FEE FOR PARKING PERMITS.
WHEREAS, Section 14.32.450 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
permits the issuance of parking permits; and
WHEREAS, subsection .045 of Section 14.32.450 authorizes
the City Council to establish and the City to collect, a permit
fee prior to issuance of a parking permit; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the fee is required to be
established by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the fee imposed herein does not exceed the
reasonable cost of providing such services and processing such
permits; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a hearing in the
manner required by law prior to the adoption of such fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking permit
fee for parking permits issued pursuant to Section 14.32.450 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code, including guest parking permits, shall
be $10.00 for each permit; provided, however, no fee shall be
imposed for any parking permits issued and administered by the
Convention Center Department of the City for parking in the
vicinity of the Anaheim Convention Center.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim thisl8th day of April
