A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -011 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CREATING, DELETING AND /OR
MODIFYING CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated February 4, 2014, that the need exists to create, delete and /or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Professional Management, effective February 14, 2014; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and /or modifications require an amendment
to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and /or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Professional
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, be amended by
modifying or creating the following classifications and allocating them to the salary ranges as
follows:

Communication Specialist II

2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, be amended by
changing the salary range of the following classification:

3. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, is hereby
amended by deleting the following classification:

Utilities Communications Specialist I/II XCR06 /CR08
Utilities Senior Communications Specialist XCR10
Utilities Contracts Administrator XCR10
SECTION 2
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -011, as amended, is
January 31, 2014.
SECTION 4
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of February , 2014, by the following role call vote:
