RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 015
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND /OR
FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets were irrevocably offered to the City of
Anaheim as a condition of map approval for Tract Map No. 16859, as set forth more particularly
in the tract maps for said tracts available for review in the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the foregoing irrevocable offers of dedication were made in the
Ownership Certificates of the subject tract maps, and the City did not accept the offers at the
time of final map approval; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of said irrevocable offers
of dedication have been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offers of dedication described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the properties or interests therein
irrevocably offered and dedicated for streets as listed in Tract Map No. 16859, as more
specifically described in Exhibits "A" and "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference, be, and they are hereby, accepted by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she hereby is,
authorized and directed to cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of February , 2014, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Eastman, Murray, Brandman and Kring

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
