The City Council of the City of Anaheim met in special session.
PRESENT:

COUNCIL MEMBERS: Simpson, Ehrle, Pickler, Daly and Hunter
COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
CITY ATTORNEY: Jack White
Mayor Hunter called to order, a Special Meeting of the Anaheim City Council at
12:00 Noon on Tuesday, February 19, 1991. Written notices of said meeting
were prepared on February 14, 1991 and signed and mailed in accordance with
Section 507 of the Charter of the City of Anaheim.
REQUEST FOR CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney Jack White requested a Closed
Session to consider the following:
To meet with the City's Real Property negotiator concerning the
possible acquisition of property located at 400 W. Freedman Way,
Anaheim.
By general Consent, the Council recessed to Closed Session.

AFTER RECESS: Mayor Hunter called the meeting to order, all Council Members
being present. (prox. 2:15 p.m.)
ADJOURNMENT: By General Consent the Special Meeting of the City Council was
adjourned. (prox. 2=16 p.m.)
