The City Council of the City of Anaheim met in adjourned regular session.

Mayor Hunter called the adjourned regular meeting of November 5, 1991 (held
today, November 8, 1991) to order at 8:30 a.m.
City Attorney White. He announced this is an adjourned regular meeting of the
City Council meeting of November 5, 1991. The purpose of today's meeting is to
consider the item that was approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission
(LAFCO) last Wednesday, November 6, 1991. An agenda has been prepared for
today's meeting which has been posted. At this time, it would be in order for
the City Council to consider the adoption of a resolution of the City Council
of the City of Anaheim approving and ordering the annexation to the City of
Anaheim of the territory known and designated as Annexation No. 280 - the
Gypsum Canyon Annexation. As part of that resolution, there are environmental
findings contained in the recitals to that document. When the Council adopts
the resolution, if they do so, they will be making those environmental findings
relating to EIR No. 302 which has previously been certified by the City Council
and which is the base environmental document for the action it is proposed the
Council will be taking this morning.
WAIVER OF READING - RESOLUTION: The title of the following resolution was read
by the assistant City Clerk. (Resolution No. 91R-313)
Council Member Hunter moved to waive the reading in full of the resolution.
Council Member Simpson seconded the motion. Council Members Daly and Pickler
were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
Council Member Hunter offered Resolution No. 91R-313, for adoption. Refer to
Resolution book.
RESOLUTION NO. 313: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVING AND ORDERING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM OF THE TERRITORY
KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO. 280 - THE GYPSUM CANYON ANNEXATION.

ADJOURNMENT: Council Member Hunter moved to adjourn the adjourned regular
meeting of November 5, 1991, held November 8, 1991. Council Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. Council Members Daly and Pickler were absent. MOTION
