A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2013 - 00263)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to -wit:
The abandonment of that certain real property located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as an
easement for road and public utility purposes generally known as
Jeanine Circle and more particularly described as "Parcel Two" in a
Corporation Easement Deed recorded in Book 8940, Page 746, of
Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in
the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on April 22, 2014.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 25 day of March , 2014, by the following roll -call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Eastman, Murray, Brandman and Kring
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
