Each home can purchase up to three biennial permits at the cost of $30 each. Each permit is good for two years. In addition, one -day guest permits are available for $1 each. Guest permits are sold in packs of 25 for $25 to control costs. Where do I purchase thepennits? In order to purchase a permit, residents must provide proof of residency and have current vehicle registration for each vehicle they want a permit for. Permits can be purchased online, by mail and over the counter at City Hall. What if vehicles park on- street without a permit? Permit parking streets will be actively enforced. Vehicles without permits will be ticketed for a $72 violation. Resident permit parking stickers are not allowed on recreational vehicles and trailers.
