RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND /OR FACILITIES
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets, public utility easements and other public
purposes and public improvements and /or facilities were irrevocably offered to the City of
Anaheim as a condition of map approval for Parcel Map No. 2011 -116, as set forth more
particularly in the parcel map and tract maps for said tracts available for review in the Public
Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the foregoing irrevocable offers of dedication were made in the
Ownership Certificates of the subject tract maps, and the City did not accept the offers at the
time of final map approval; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of said irrevocable offers
of dedication have been fully met or otherwise have occurred, and all public improvements
and /or facilities included therein have been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offers of dedication and the public improvements and /or facilities described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the properties or interests therein
irrevocably offered and dedicated for streets, public utility easements and other public purposes
and public improvements and /or facilities as listed in Parcel Map No. 2011 -116, including any
such facilities described therein, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference, be, and they are hereby, accepted by the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 1 7th Day of June , 2014, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Eastman, Murray, Brandman and Kring
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN None
