A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2005-109, WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PART TIME
UNREPRESENTED
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
September 9, 2014, that Resolution No. 20Q5-1Q9 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2005-109
which established rates of campensation for classifications designated as Part Time
Unrepresented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
as follows:
Section 1
That, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be employed in the job classification fisted
below, shall be allocated to salary range as shown befow.

Section 2
The salary for c{assifications listed in Section 1 shall be based on the salary
relationships listed below:

Section 3
Employees, working in the classification set forth in this Resolution, shall be exempt
from the Public Employee's Retirement defined benefit plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is
September 9, 2014.
