Anaheim Blvd. Suite 217 Anaheim, CA 92805 EXEMPT GOVERNMENT AGENCY Per Gov't Code 6103 SPACE ABOVE THIS L(NE FOR RECORDER'S USE Resolution 2014-185 (ABA2014-279) RESOLUTION 2014 -185 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM VACATING CERTAIN ACCESS EASEMENT EXTENDING SOUTHERLY FROM 1256 EAST LINCOLN AVENUE TO THE NORTHERLY TERMINUS OF FAHRION PLACE, PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAY CODE SECTION 8330, ET SEQ. - SUMMARY VACATION. (ABANDONMENT NO. ABA2014- 00279) WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has received a request from an applicant for the vacation of existing vehicular access easement within the boundaries of Tentative Parcel Map No. 2014 -129, Anaheim, CA, in order to clear title to the land to allow for the development of a 70 -unit affordable housing project known as Lincoln Family Apartments; and WHEREAS, there are no public utilities in place which would be affected by the vacation; and WHEREAS, the access easement to be vacated is not required for present or prospective public road or public utility purposes; and WHEREAS, the vacation approved does not convey right, title and interest in the abandoned property, which is conveyed by separate quitclaim deed pursuant hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of certain vehicular access easement extending southerly from 1256 East Lincoln Avenue to the northerly terminus of Fahrion Place as per Dedication Deed recorded in Book 7258, Page 798, Official Records of Orange County, California, as further described on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and incorporated herein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this Resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
