ORDINANCE NO. 5553
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING SECTION 1.04.110 OF CHAPTER
1.04 OF TITLE 1 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM HEREBY ORDAINS AS
SECTION 1.
That Section 1.04.110 of Chapter 1.04 of Title 1 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"1.04.110 CITY DEPARTMENTS CREATED.
There are hereby created the following departments:
1. City Clerk Department
2. City Manager Department
3. City Treasurer Department
4. Community Development Department
5. Community Services Department
6. Finance Department
7. Fire Department
8. Human Resources Department
9. Legal Department
10. Maintenance Department
11. Planning Department
12. Police Department
13. Public Utilities Department
14. Public Works Department
15. Stadium and Convention Center Department."
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 5th day of March , 1996.
